Each program includes swimming drills to improve efficiency, two workouts each week to build your fitness and technique.

Beginner Swim 

Program

Overview

This program is for athletes who can swim but are not yet very comfortable in the water and/or swimming laps. 

This program will teach you basic swimming drills and techniques to improve your stroke and your confidence over 6 weeks.

Prerequisites

Swim 50m continuously

Goals

To help you gain fundamental swimming knowledge while helping you gain confidence in the water and swimming laps.

Intermediate Swim

Program

Overview

This program is for athletes who consider themselves intermediate swimmers, feel very comfortable in the water, and can swim 200m continuously. 

This program will teach you basic swimming drills and techniques to improve your stroke and your fitness in the water over 8 weeks.

The athletes who would benefit from this program may be hoping to be able to swim 500m unbroken (ex: CrossFitters looking to compete in sanctional or sprint triathletes)

Swim 200m continuously

To help you gain fundamental swimming knowledge while improving confidence and fitness in the water to prepare for any race or competition around 500m.

Advanced Swim

Program

Overview

This program is for athletes who consider themselves fairly strong swimmers. You should feel very comfortable in the water and able swim 500m continuously without too much difficulty. 

This program will teach you basic swimming drills to refine technique, as well as give you solid workouts each week to improve your fitness in the water over a period of 12 weeks.

The athletes who would benefit from this program may be hoping to be able to 1000-1500m unbroken (ex: CrossFitters who are advanced swimmers or triathletes training for full Olympic distance tris)

Swim 500m continuously

Goals

To improve your fundamental swimming knowledge while improving your fitness in the water to prepare for any race or competition around 100-1500m.
